Shipping and Returns

 Shipping

 

Standard shipping is regular for all garments as we like our products to travel in the parcel pool, the package equivalent of the car pool. The more packages travelling together in one consignment on the truck, airplane or ferry dramatically reduces the carbon footprint of that package.

 

We appreciate that you want your products fast, but our products are worth waiting for.

 

We encourage the combining of garments so as to reduce packaging and allow our garments to travel in the parcel pool and the garment pool.

Domestic Shipping

 

Up to 3 items = £2 Allow 7 days Standard Shipping.

 

International Shipping

 

£3 per item

 

Where do we ship internationally?

 

We ship to all destinations that our postal service will allow. We do however ask that when placing your order that being a resident of that country you consider the postal service and import restrictions and act accordingly, by providing Excentree with any advice you may have. On some rare occasions Excentree may not be able to ship to your destination for security reasons. Please be understanding if such an incident should occur. If there are ever any issues in relation to the shipment of your purchase we will contact you as soon as we are aware of it, we would also like to ask you to do the same if for whatever reason your goods do not arrive.

 

Returns

 

We want you to feel comfortable in your Excentree product. You may return the product to us if you are anything less than delighted with your product, explaining why you are returning it, and then we will exchange the product as requested or except the returned product. Please email us at returns@excentree.com with the following details

 

·Your order number

·The problem that has occurred with your order

·Product code/name

·The solution that you wish for

   

We do have one request; all returns must be in saleable condition and original packaging to save our environment. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment minus the postage and packaging fees. You are responsible for the return postage fees.

 

Changing an order before shipping

 

Email Excentree with your name, order reference number and explanation of how you would like to change your order and we will try our best to change your order. Once your order has been dispatched then it is not possible to change your order.

 

Canceling an order

 

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase decision from Excentree then you may cancel your order until the garment has been dispatched.
